Having worked with with a range of companies throughout Australia, the United States, Asia, Middle East and Africa, Mark is an accomplished strategist and facilitator drawing on his background in clinical psychology, and over two decades consulting to a wide range of organisations helping them design, develop and implement strategic plans that drive improved performance.

With strong project and program management expertise, and experience in operations, HSE & risk, business development and general management in ASX top 50 companies, Mike provides strategic advice on the efficient structuring and functioning of project delivery within an asset owners organisation recognising the specific contextual considerations, and supporting the transition and capacity building within the function.
